SF Advance Transportation has been affiliated with asset-based Mercer Transportation since 1989 and is proud to be in the “Top 10” list yearly for Mercer Transportation nationwide.  We represent Mercer in Wisconsin, North and South Dakota, Iowa, and Minnesota.

Mercer is a privately owned company that is based in Louisville, Kentucky.  They have been in business since 1977 and operate a fleet of over 2100 trucks, which are 100% owner operators.

Gross revenue in 2016 exceeded $400 million.  Mercer consistently ranks in the top 5 of all Flatbed and Specialized truckload carriers and in Transport Topics Top 100 of For-Hire carriers.

Our Van Fleet has grow to 700 van Truck Drivers, 1000 van trailers and 1,000 open deck trucks and trailers.
